Tomáš Rovder is Director of Magento Systems at GymBeam, the EU's largest and fastest-growing fitness brand.
Before taking on his current role, he spent several years leading IT teams, including as Head of IT at established companies. At GymBeam, he's responsible for the core platform architecture behind operations in 16 markets and over €230 million in revenue. His work centers on scaling complex systems, keeping them stable in production, and making sure the technology actually moves the business forward. Tomáš also leads three engineering teams that turn business needs into solutions customers enjoy using - increasingly with AI in their daily workflow.
