Meet Magento Czech opens where it always has: with the community itself. Marek Kubačák created the event to bring the Czech and Slovak Magento community back together - a space where merchants, developers, agencies, and technology partners can openly share their experience, discuss real challenges, and learn from one another.
He opens the day and returns to close it. Between the two he sets the tone - independent, community driven, and focused on practical insights attendees can take back to their own businesses - because the strength of the Magento ecosystem, he believes, comes from its willingness to share knowledge.

02 About Marek
Marek Kubačák is the founder of Hashira Consulting, an independent eCommerce consultancy with a strong focus on Magento and Adobe Commerce. With more than fifteen years of experience across agency, merchant, and consultancy roles, he has worked with Adobe Commerce and Magento from every perspective. He is also an Adobe Certified Solution Specialist and the founder and organizer of Meet Magento Czech.
He created Meet Magento Czech to bring the Czech and Slovak Magento community back together and provide a space where merchants, developers, agencies, and technology partners can openly share their experience, discuss real challenges, and learn from one another.
Throughout his career, Marek has led and advised international Adobe Commerce projects covering digital transformation, platform governance, performance optimisation, analytics, marketplace operations, and complex enterprise integrations.
He believes the strength of the Magento ecosystem comes from its willingness to share knowledge. Meet Magento Czech is built around that principle: independent, community driven, and focused on practical insights that attendees can apply within their own businesses.
