Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and partners at Meet Magento Czech are required to agree to the following Code of Conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout all conference spaces, including any online channels related to the event.
The Quick Version
We do not tolerate harassment, intimidation, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, or unwanted sales pressure of conference participants in any form.
Meet Magento Czech is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, employer, level of experience, or technology choices.
Our event exists so people can learn, share ideas, and build genuine connections. Attendees should be able to take part without being subjected to aggressive pitching, repeated unsolicited sales approaches, or transactional behaviour that undermines the spirit of the community.
Enforcement
Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behaviour are expected to comply immediately.
Organisers reserve the right to take any action they deem appropriate in response to behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct. This may include a warning, removal from the event without refund, exclusion from specific event spaces, or refusal of participation in future Meet Magento Czech events.
This applies to in-person interactions, talks, networking areas, sponsor areas, social events, and event-related online spaces.
Reporting
If you are being harassed, pressured, made uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately.
Conference staff will be identifiable by official Meet Magento Czech badges, clothing, or their presence at the registration or help desk.
Staff will be available to listen, help assess the situation, and support anyone experiencing unacceptable behaviour. Where needed, they may assist participants in contacting venue security or local authorities, arranging accompaniment, or helping them feel safe for the duration of the event.
We value your presence and want everyone at Meet Magento Czech to feel respected, safe and able to participate fully.
